I am very pleased with my beautiful hand made bracelet. I purchased the bailey brown medical alert bracelet. I initially had some difficulty with the clasp but I received a phone call & must say, customer service is excellent. They offered to change the clasp for me but I have been playing around with it & have now found an easy way so will stick with it. The rose gold coloured stainless steel plate, the leather strap & the clasp are all well made & very beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful, and wonderful bracelet!

I love this bracelet. It’s sturdy, looks lovely right side up and casual upside down. The loop keeper is attached so it doesn’t slide away and let the leather strap come loose. It will take some time to soften the leather but it will get there. I’m confident this bracelet will last me many years!
