I love this bracelet. It’s sturdy, looks lovely right side up and casual upside down. The loop keeper is attached so it doesn’t slide away and let the leather strap come loose. It will take some time to soften the leather but it will get there. I’m confident this bracelet will last me many years!

This is the second bracelet I've ordered from here and as someone who never wanted a regular "ugly" medical alert bracelet, that's a high compliment! The bracelet is gorgeous - I got the new engraving design with leaves, which was a happy surprise as I love floral/leafy patterns. I had to have a custom size and different fastening, but there were no problems with that and it fits very well. Shelley has great customer service, and I have only had positive experiences with both the products and the service!

I loved the first bracelet I bought so much that I decided to buy another in a different colour, one for me and one for my daughter who is diabetic. I’m keeping hers until Christmas but I know she’s going to love it! I wanted to change the plates so that the medical symbol was red and Shelley was so lovely and easy to correspond with. I am so glad I found medicalert! I had a bracelet but am ashamed to say I never wore it as I didn’t like it. Since buying this bracelet I have enjoyed wearing it every day! Loved it. Very pretty indeed. Brilliant fit on small wrist - which is usually a huge problem for me. Excellent customer service - the buckle wasn't secure. Contacted seller. Immediately asked to return it. A new buckle was fitted. Item fixed and returned within days. Highly recommended.
