As pictured and described. The leather is quite stiff and the inside edge is sharp. Took a nail buff to soften the inside edge, and hoping with constant wear the leather gets more pliable. Looks so much better than standard alert offerings! Thanks!
I love this bracelet. It’s sturdy, looks lovely right side up and casual upside down. The loop keeper is attached so it doesn’t slide away and let the leather strap come loose. It will take some time to soften the leather but it will get there. I’m confident this bracelet will last me many years!

This is the second bracelet I've ordered from here and as someone who never wanted a regular "ugly" medical alert bracelet, that's a high compliment! The bracelet is gorgeous - I got the new engraving design with leaves, which was a happy surprise as I love floral/leafy patterns. I had to have a custom size and different fastening, but there were no problems with that and it fits very well. Shelley has great customer service, and I have only had positive experiences with both the products and the service!
