It is supplied with 2 cards in a plastic wallet that have space for you to share:

- Medications you are taking
- Allergies
- Contact details for your GP and next of kin.

Particularly useful for those with more than one medical condition where engraving text is limited due to space on the tag.

Supplied on a heavy duty jump ring.
